Shipping Policy

At Malapi, we know you want your gear as fast as possible. We work with South Africa's leading couriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

  • During high-volume periods (like new drops or sales), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer door-to-door delivery across South Africa:

Gauteng 2-5 Business Days R100
Main Cities (CPT, DBN, etc.) 2-5 Business Days R100 - R110
Regional/Outlying Areas 2–7 Business Days R150

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over  R1200.

3. No P.O. Box Deliveries

As per our security protocol, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Please provide a physical address where someone will be available to sign for the package between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on the road, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can follow your package’s journey from our headquarters in Brixton right to your door.

5. Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at shopbymalapi@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot reroute it.

6. Order Not Received?

If your tracking status says "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your reception, security, or neighbors first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 24 hours so we can open an investigation with the courier.

7. Local Pickup

Currently, we operate as an online-only store for deliveries. However, if you choose the "In-Store Pickup" option (if applicable), your order will be ready for collection at:
